“Careers in Medicine” – a dinner with faculty in Internal Medicine, January 2006

The Internal Medicine Interest Group aims to:

• inform students about opportunities in internal medicine, including mentoring and research options
  with the CPMC faculty
• assist students in planning their careers, whether or not they specialize in internal medicine
• help students prepare for the major clinical years by exposing them to rounds and common procedures
• promote critical thinking about all aspects of medicine, whether policy, ethics,or basic science
